Rachel our new CEO

We are excited to announce that in January, Rachel Manley, our current COO will take over the role of CEO of Secret Source from our founder Richard. 

Rachel has been with us since 2017, initially as a project manager before becoming COO in 2019. When Rachel started in Secret Source we were a team of just under ten and by 2022 we’ll be over forty. During her time with us, Rachel has overseen many of the changes we’ve adopted as we’ve grown. Some of her major achievements include introducing company-wide OKRs, working with our CTO Ted to build our professional development program and adopting our happiness monitor which measures the happiness of our developers and clients. Rachel has been integral in our growth and we are really excited that she will be leading the company on the next part of our journey.

Although Richard will be handing over the role of CEO, he’ll continue to work as an ambassador for our brand to show the world how a company focused on happiness really is the best way and as a member of the board offering strategic direction.
