Formerly at the BBC, Rachel joined us as a project manager in 2017, before becoming COO in 2019 and CEO in 2022. During her time with us, Rachel has overseen many of the changes we’ve adopted as we’ve grown. Some of her major achievements include introducing company-wide OKRs, working with our CTO Ted to build our professional development program and adopting our happiness monitor which measures the happiness of our developers and clients. On the weekends you’ll find her on the beach with her kids or baking the best brownies you’ve ever tasted (seriously!).
